The Nothing Phone 3 was officially launched in India on July 1, 2025. It has been available for sale since July 15, 2025, on Flipkart, Nothing’s official online store, and major retail outlets.
This smartphone is seen as Nothing’s biggest bet in the premium segment.

Design & Build: The Nothing Phone 3 keeps its signature transparent design but with some changes. It features a redesigned Glyph Matrix, different from previous Glyph Lights, now located in the upper-right corner of the back. It weighs about 218 grams and is 8.99 mm thick. The back panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, while the display has Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The phone boasts an IP68 rating, meaning it’s fully protected against dust and water. It’s available in Black and White color options.
Display: The phone features a 6.67-inch 1.5K (1260 x 2800 pixels) AMOLED display with a pixel density of 460 PPI. It supports a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, providing a very smooth scrolling and gaming experience. The display has a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits, ensuring excellent visibility even in direct sunlight. It also supports HDR10+.
Processor & Performance: The Nothing Phone 3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. This powerful chip has eight cores and is built using a tiny 4nm process. Its cores can run as fast as 3.21GHz. This means it delivers top-tier performance, perfect for smooth gaming, handling many apps at once, and using smart AI features. It’s available with 12GB and 16GB LPDDR5X RAM options, along with 256GB and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring fast data access and smooth app loading.
Camera System: Photography is a major focus for the Nothing Phone 3. It features a triple rear camera setup:

Software & AI: The Nothing Phone 3 runs on the latest Android 15 operating system based on Nothing’s own Nothing OS 3.5. The company has promised 5 years of Android OS updates and 7 years of security patches for this phone, making it one of the longest-supported phones on the market. The software includes many new AI features and interface enhancements, such as ‘Essential Key’ and ‘Essential Search’. Nothing OS 4.0 (based on Android 16) is expected to roll out in Q3 2025.
